Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-06-01
These Terms govern your use of Augora ("Service"), provided by Augora ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Account & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind any business or organization on whose behalf you accept these Terms.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service to transmit unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent data; (b) attempt to circumvent rate limits, security, or access controls; (c) reverse engineer or resell the Service without our written consent; (d) violate any third-party terms, including Meta's Platform Terms, Google's API Terms of Service and Google Ads policies, and Shopify's API License Agreement.
3. Connected Platforms
You authorize us to access Meta, Google (Google Ads), and Shopify on your behalf using the credentials you provide. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Meta's Conversions API, Meta's Marketing API, the Google Ads API, and Shopify's Admin API complies with their respective terms and policies, including obtaining lawful consent from your end customers.
4. Fees
Use of the Service may be subject to fees as described on our pricing page or in your order form. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
5. Data
You retain all rights to data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process such data solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Service Availability
We strive for high uptime but provide the Service on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for outages or data loss caused by upstream providers (Meta, Shopify, hosting providers).
7. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. On termination, your access ends and we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
9. Changes
We may modify these Terms with notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Augora is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
