Data Deletion

Augora honors all data deletion requests. There are three paths depending on your relationship to us:

For Meta users (Facebook / Instagram)

If you arrived here from Meta after revoking access to the Augora app, your request has already been recorded. We will purge any data we hold associated with your Meta user id within 30 days. The confirmation code above is your reference number.

To independently request deletion: email privacy@augora.ai with the subject line "Meta Data Deletion Request" and include the Meta user id you wish to delete.

For Google users (Google Ads)

You can revoke Augora's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page. Revocation immediately invalidates our access tokens. To also delete the synced ads data we hold, email privacy@augora.ai with the subject line "Google Data Deletion Request" and we will purge it within 30 days.

For Augora account holders (merchants)

Sign in, go to Settings → Organization → Delete account. All your connected platform credentials, events, insights, and orders will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

For end customers of Augora-powered Shopify stores

Direct your request to the Shopify merchant first. Shopify will forward valid customer data deletion webhooks to us, and we will purge the corresponding records within 30 days. You may also email privacy@augora.ai directly.

What gets deleted

Some data may be retained where strictly required by law (e.g., tax/audit logs for billing transactions).

Data Deletion. Augora
